New setup. 🤤 Blowing off some steam here, and man this kit is fun to play. TAMA Starclassic Walnut/Birch with the mean little 13x7 SLP G-maple snare. Tuned the drums quite high for some extra pop and tone, and I'm loving how they record. I find that's often the case... higher tunings tend to translate better both live and in the studio. I'll continue to dial in the sound and possibly change a thing or two about the layout over the weekend. Expect a full setup rundown sometime next week. ✌️ Stay
