WATCH: DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon says it will take over repairs for the damaged part of the Navotas City Coastal Dike which was hit by a barge of Hi-Tone Construction last year during the onslaught of Typhoon Kristine. But Dizon said it will sue Hi-Tone for not assuming responsibility. Hi-Tone is the same company earlier flagged by Malacañang for cornering many flood control contracts across the country.
