Simple hamstring stretch- similar to a good morning position. Start with knees slightly bent. Hinge forward, reaching your tailbone back, keeping a neutral spine. Bring your arms to the side of your head, extended out in front of you. Now being to keep reaching further back with the tailbone, keeping the chest open as you do this. Once you reach your end range, use isometric contractions by digging your heels into the ground. This will create tension in the calves, hamstrings and glutes. Hold it
