Charts on charts on CHARTS! The final symptom chart we like to use to figure out chronic pain is a trigger point chart. This is probably the one where patients can “give it a whirl” to see if that trigger point is a simple knot or it is an adhesion by matching their symptom pattern with what they are experiencing and try to find a “spot” near where the x’s are on the chart. Once all of these charts and their patterns are compared to what the patient is experiencing we make a list of every struct
