美国官员表示，美国总统特朗普与中国国家主席习近平本周晚些时候将决定一项贸易协议框架，双方经贸谈判团队已于刚刚过去的周日敲定框架，协议将暂停加征更高关税与中国稀土出口管制。不过，中方没有公布框架细节。目前，美中各方都要等待元首的审批。
